Returns

We accept returns on uninstalled products in new, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and include all original components, hardware, connectors, and packaging.

Because our products are electrical components that integrate with your motorcycle's wiring harness, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been installed, wired, connected to a vehicle, or modified in any way. Once a connector has been mated to your harness, the product cannot be resold and is not returnable.

To start a return, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within [3] business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time after that depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Defects and warranty

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within [7] days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

M4 Enduro products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from crashes, water ingress beyond the product's IP rating, improper installation, or modification. Warranty claims are handled by repair or replacement at our discretion.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return or warranty coverage:

  • Products damaged by improper installation, crash damage, or modification
  • Products used in a manner inconsistent with their intended off-road application
  • Clearance or final-sale items, if marked as such at purchase

The fastest path is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for what you need.
