Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (US)

Orders ship via customer's selected carrier with tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free US shipping on orders over $150.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may add 1–3 weeks to delivery; international transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact your local carrier first, then email us at support@m4enduro.com within [7] days and we'll help resolve it. For packages damaged in transit, keep all packaging and photograph the damage — we need it for the carrier claim.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges apply.
