Build time and shipping

Build-to-order products are estimated to ship approximately 4 weeks after you place your order. Any product-specific lead time is shown on its product page.

Orders ship together when all items are ready. If your order includes both in-stock and build-to-order items, the in-stock items will be held until the build-to-order items are ready.

Shipping speeds refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include build time. Choosing express shipping does not shorten production time.

We are a small, rider-owned shop in Colorado. Thanks for supporting our work—and for your patience while we build your gear.

Domestic shipping (US)

Orders ship with tracking using the shipping option selected at checkout. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

We offer free standard US shipping on orders of $70 or more.

International shipping

We ship to the international destinations available at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may add 1–3 weeks to delivery; international transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact your local carrier first, then email us at support@m4enduro.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve it. For packages damaged in transit, keep all packaging and photograph the damage — we need it for the carrier claim.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges apply.
