This website is operated by M4 Enduro, a brand of Michaelmichaelmoto LLC. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and intended use

M4 Enduro products are aftermarket components designed for off-road and closed-course competition use only. Our products replace or modify original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components, including electrical, ignition, and control systems.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products marked for off-road use are not intended, approved, or certified for use on public roads or highways, and may not comply with DOT, EPA, or state equipment regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether installation or use of any product complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Installation of our products may affect your vehicle's manufacturer warranty. M4 Enduro is not responsible for warranty denials by your vehicle's manufacturer.
  • Products that modify ignition, kill-switch, or control behavior change how your motorcycle operates. You are responsible for understanding these changes and verifying correct function in a safe, controlled environment before riding.

Installation

Our products are designed for installation by persons with appropriate mechanical and electrical competence. Installation instructions are provided [DECIDE: with the product / at m4enduro.com/install / both]. Improper installation may result in product failure, vehicle damage, or unsafe operating conditions and voids any warranty coverage.

Assumption of risk

Motorcycling — particularly off-road and competition riding — is inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. By purchasing and using M4 Enduro products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their installation and use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M4 Enduro and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, or vehicle damage. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, fitment information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders placed under materially incorrect information (with a full refund).

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless displayed otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment infrastructure; we do not store your payment card details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — product designs, photography, text, logos, and the M4 Enduro brand — is the property of M4 Enduro [/ LLC NAME] and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
